Tyler White 2373aec5c4 Updated to 2020 LTS, removed some TODOs in CarLogic as they were not 
applicable or I can't remember why I wrote them

twig 2b70c884ba Kinda lost the iteration aspect of this and just finished this prototype 
up. So iteration 2 technically.
Cleaned up some CarLogic code, did todos notably the brake force.
Added the concept of wheels being on or off road and hampering
acceleration if off road.
Decided to do some camera work to get a better feel for
acceleration/speed.
Implemented Lap Timers, sections, and validation upon finishing a lap.

twig 3e3a18c11d Iteration 1, added Kenney art. Also added braking. 
Next iteration will be check points and lap times UI.
Then need collision of some sort, and some sort of terrain effects
(grass slows).

twig e51c1d3b6c Prototype of a racing game. 
Need to add art via Kenny.io's sprite packs.
Could also add checkpoints and lap logic to make it feel like a game and
less of a prototype.
